A. Rental Property

According to the National Credit Act 34 of 2005, the Monthly Rental Amount may, not exceed 20% of an Applicant’s Monthly Net Income. A Credit Assessment (TPN) will be done, and applicants must have a Clear Credit Record (No judgement; No Adverse Rating, or under Debt Review). By completing the Application Form you give consent for DPPG to, in compliance with POPIA, contact, request, and obtain from, or provide to, any registered Credit Bureau or Credit Provider (or potential Credit Provider) seeking a Trade Reference regarding the Lessee’s dealings with the Lessor, to assess the behaviour, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness of the Lessee/s at any time, acknowledging that you may revoke this authorisation & consent, in writing, except for the information already released as a result of this authorisation.
